Basic Service Rules
The initial payment will be processed through your selected payment method.
- Data resets on the 1st day of each month, regardless of your payment date.
- Please install APN settings before using the SIM card.
- International calls and SMS are not supported. If a technical glitch enables them and you use them, extra charges will apply.
Billing & Cancellation Process
For Sim card user:
- Step 1: Settle all unpaid bills.
- Notify us 2 months in advance before cancelling the SIM service.
- Step 3: Pay the final month's bill in the same month to avoid extra charges.
For Pocket Wifi user:
- Return the device, settle all unpaid bills, and contact us to stop the contract.
Delivery & Replacements
- If signal issues occur within 7 days of receiving your SIM, we'll replace free of charge.
- If your delivery is missing items, we'll send new ones upon notice.
Late Payments & Blacklisting
- Unpaid bills will be reported to Japan's credit institutions as "accidental information."
- Your credit record may be affected for up to 5 years or more.
Contract Terms
- Minimum contract duration: 4 months.
- Early termination will incur a 5,000 cancellation fee.
- You must contact us directly to stop the contract.
